If the first guy takes LT, which he should, you have to decide between LJ and Alexander. Personally I like someone who has proven something. Alexander has been in the league for a number of years, has been great the past few. I choose him.
If the 1# guy takes either ALexander or LJ before you, you have to take LT.

Shaun Alexander or Larry Johnson. Thats all you need to know. If its hockey then either Crosby or Oveckin. If its basketball then Garnett or James
