Try the circular hip opener.

A. Sit on your mat in a comfortable cross-legged position with youir right leg in front of or on top of your left. Extend through your crown and lift your arms overhead, as shown, with your palms facing each other.

B. With firm abs, slowly lean forward from your waist, keeping both butt cheeks against the mat.

C. Circle your torso and extend arms to the left, breathing normally.

D.Continue circling, bringing your torso back to the previous position and then over to the right, to the middle, and then to the left. Make three large semicircles and then switch directions for three circles. Then rearrange your legs so that your left leg is in front and repeat the entire sequence.

Benefits: Stretches your hips, feels fantastic.

Tip: Try not to round your back as you circle. Keeping your back long and extended may mean that your chest remains farther away from the floor. It also means, however, that you'll achieve a better stretch in your hips, thighs, and buttocks.

Recommended Equipment: mat

There is one way of that I know. Sit on you butt in front of the tv with a couple of bags of chips, some dip, a six-pack of your favorite soda, go ahead and throw those nachos in there too and maybe order some pizza. Do this for 30 consecutive days and bigger hips are guaranteed. The catch is there is absolutely no excersise allowed so when you get up to go to the bathroom dont run.

I thinks that's all in the genes.

I'm naturally slender and no matter what I eat or do, I just don't put on the weight. I have a son and that didn't cause my hips to widen so having a child doesn't equal wider hips.

Accept yourself the way you are and wear clothes to accentuate parts of your body you do like.

it is all in your genes :( I was born with hips and would do anything to get rid of them. Isn't it funny how that works? It's like when you are younger and if you have strait hair you want curly hair and if you have curly hair you want strait hair. Maybe some clothes can make your hips look bigger though. I find I don't like the way belts look on me because they make my hips look bigger.

Weight lifting is the only exercise that will help you. It is good for your posture which enhances or improves (at least visually) the size of your hips.

Do you know that I am quite partial to dainty figures. Would you like to meet me? I could take you out for a meal and give you some smooth smooth lovin'.
