I believe that any woman who has ever had to have an abortion pays a high price in guilt, low self esteem, anger, pain, etc.. that really nobody elses opinion matters. People can be as against abortion all they want until they are faced, or someone they love, are faced with that kind of decision.....

I think it depends on the circumstances on why someone would get one. If the person was raped then I could understand that person wanting to have one. Even then though there are so many couples and single people that want one.Why would you get one when you can adopt the child to someone that will love and care for the baby? Yes I understand that some people are teens and are in school, but if you can make an adult decision I myself would say that you should take responsibility for your actions. Yes I also understand that some parents would flip out on the kids if they found out there teen is pregnant and it is understandable why they would get an abortion.

I am not for an abortion, but it is not my place to judge. I have supported friends that have gotten one. They regret it every single day of there life, The reason why I don't think they are right is you can never get rid of the guilt of having one. And lastly what not alot of women know is when you have an abortation it can mess up your body so that it will be harder to become pregnant when you actually want the baby.

I am pro choice I suppose, although I hate to think of women using abortion as birth control, I just think that 13 yr old girls that were molested by an uncle or something should not be forced to go through the mental/physical pains involved with pregnancy and child birth. What about women who are raped, should they have to go through carrying a child for 9 months when it makes them emotionally ill? Yes, adoption is always a choice for these women, but that doesn't change the nine months of hell before, and what happens when the child finds out they were a product of rape.....and then there are the women who have unwanted babies, they end up abused and in foster care if they are real lucky, just seems unfair to allow a child to be born that is only going to suffer their entire lives......I think all these pro lifers should be shouldering the burden for those kids, tax 'em or something, make them take care of the kids, if they are so against abortion, why don't they do more with all the abused and unwanted kids, they are hypocrates that's all...don't want to be responsible for them, but fight to make them live

personally i'm totally against abortion. there are so many women out there that can't have children then would love to have one. adoption is so much more reasonable. i think that aborting a child is killing a human soul and it's not right. If they want the child its a baby if they don't all the sudden it is a fetus. life is sweet and should be treasured.

I am not "for" abortions but I want it to be an option a woman can seek, I want them to be legal. The women I have known who have needed abortions have needed them for serious reasons, its their body, its their decision, I do not want Big Government coming in because of political pressure from some church (which is illegal as long as they are tax exempt!) to force its own religious view on non-members. People who do not like abortion are free to not have them. People who need them should be able to get them. I am a guy.

An abortion is an assassination, ever seen a sonogram? The babies even suck their thumb. No matter how old they are you are taking away life from somebody that could be very special to you.

Not to YOU , to the person. I'm 21 just married and we take care of ourselves, where not ready for kids. But if it happens, I will take responsibility for my son.

No, I believe its a women choice. No one knows the pain and suffering and the reason SHE has decided to terminate the pregnancy and no one should tell her what to do or not to do. Nothing worse than bring a child into the world that is not wanted

I'm not for or against abortion. I am pro-choice. It is a woman's decision whether she wants to have one.

No, I completely disagree with them...why? Because it is murder, simple! Abortion is not birth control...Every woman knows that when they spread their legs, there is a great possibility that she may become pregnant...I had sex, and I got pregnant...The difference is, I was responsible for my actions! And it was NOT MY CHOICE anyway, it was my babies.
