I believe that there is an innate happiness in crying. You feel free, you feel light, you feel liberated. Please tell me if you agree with this and share your emotions with me. The most convincing one wins 10 points of course. Thanks for your time.

Yes, very much. Deep down inside of me, I feel such pleasure to let go and express everything from inside; bottled up. And it makes me thoughtful and think so much about important things-- makes me realize things that I sometimes don't when I'm caught up in my happy little world of simple pleasures... anyway, I completely agree and proud of acknowledging such an interesting feeling.

Thank you for reading and wonderful question!

Sometimes. If I cry for a long time I feel that I've let most of my bad feelings out but if I don't, I get more bitter and deppressed. I cried for so long during this time when we got cable and that's when I got sentimental about alot of favorite shows I saw. I don't feel much hapier or more sad it just something that takes out some emotions and makes you feel very different because you don't have them anymore and the heart gets more empty. I feel confused and anxious now.
