Well, other sports help fill the sports jones, but not as well. Watch baseball, but it's not as satisfying. Watch summer pro league games on NBATV and get a first look at the draftees, which is always fun. It was a hoot to watch Ron Artest playing with the rookies in the Vegas Summer Pro League. Watch Euroleague games on NBATV because they usually show games that feature players moving to the NBA in the coming season, which is nice. Watch the WNBA but their season is too damn short and they don't get enough coverage. Then August comes along and preseason football starts which more fully satisfies the sports jones until the NBA preseason begins.

Well, since I am a fan of basketball in general it is easy for me. My favorite season is the WNBA. After that season I'll watch a little NBA as well as college and high school ball. the few months basketball is not around I'll watch old game tapes or go out a play. So, Basketball is pretty much year round for me :) a
