Wal-Mart honey! They carry some amazing sizes these days! If your short (LIKE MYSELF 5'2") then shop in the JUNIORS section at Wal-Mart! The juniors selection aint like it use to be! They carry sizes up to 3xl for girls! Impressive.. They carry some cute clothes too!
And remember.. your in the juniors section! So go one size up if you have larger breast. Good luck! :D

Alloy on the internet is good, especially if you are a teen or in your twenties. Their prices are ok also. Old Navy does carry some larger size pants in short length. Lane Bryant in the malls have some ok fashions for the 30's up group and once in a while you can find some younger looks, but you have to look around.
Someone else mentioned Torrid which I couldn't think of which is also good, but they own another store which is not quite so "dark" and gothic. I cannot remember the name of that. In San Diego there is one in Fashion Valley Mall which might help you locate others. Good luck.

One of my friends have the same problems so she goes to Kohl's and she finds stretch petite jeans and other pants. If you want to be girly one day then try to find a skirt with elastic around the waist and you'll look cute and fashionable! Good Luck!

Look for stretchy pants.. not leggings but stretchy jeans and pants... they are made to fit like leggings, but when you get them to fit right around the belly, they fit just "nice" in the legs.
(For a while after having my last baby that all I could wear... that and maternity.. but that just feels real crappy)

Have you checked out Torrid? They have cool-looking plus-size clothes. http://www.torrid.com/
If you're really, really short and just can't find pants the right length, consider taking them to get hemmed. A lot of dry cleaners also do simple tailoring, and it usually doesn't cost very much.
