Has anyone ever switched brands? Do you still have to wait 7 days to have sex?

When I switched, my doctor advised me that I should use an alternate form of birth control for 1 month.

Your body has to readjust to the new birth control. Use another form of birth control...like condoms...for 7 days just to be on the safe side.

Use a condom in the mean time, why wait, better safe than sorry.

for pills yes you dont have to wait use a condom.
