I know there are some sports bars that are starting to have them on. I also know that around here (Detroit area) the Hooters resteraunts sometimes have big WWE parties.

Make someone else pay for you. It is really impossible to watch a pay per view for free, you have to pay for it, you got no choice. Or work in a cable network and get discount.

The UK is the only place to legal watch PPV for free. If you have basic cable (not satellite) you can get one of those boxes and they usually give you free PPV. Or you can get a job at the cable company like me. I get everything for free.
