It needs to be in the same style as our trio, but all different songs from what we play (I will weed them out). The style of the trio is laid back "deck music" (we play on the Lake Michigan shore very often in the Summer months). We have guitar, keys and all of us sing (two guys and a girl) So we do some Sheryl Crow, Jimmy Buffet, John Mayer, Fleetwood Mac, even some Go-Go's a little light country like old Mary Chapin Carpenter stuff...So a little main stream, a little country but all toe tappin, Margarita havin' music. It is a very long gig and we are leaving before it is over. The person in charge wanted me to leave her with a few hours worth of compilation type music to run through our system. I thought it would be great to get all of your opinions on this. Current music suggestions would be great, but all are fine. Thanks everyone!!

Oh, I forgot people will probably ask. I am in two bands "Trilogy" and Ev, Kev and the Girl. The question is for Ev, Kev and the Girl as "Trilogy" plays dance music. We play in Spring Lake at Old Boys Brewhouse and in Saugatuck at Spectators. It is a "Heirloom Tomato Festival" we are playing featurng recipes for food and drink from chefs from 4 different upscale restaurants.

i recently saw fiona apple she had kt tunstall playing between her and the opener played like 6 or seven tracks pleasant yet unobtrusive, I'd reccomend Laura love if you could find any , unknown but fantastic has like 8 cd's out mostly just her and the guitar pretty upbeat stuff. or the Grateful Dead.

Hmmm........well, when I first saw this question, I was going to suggest Good Charlotte, but then when I read the details, I was like, "Oh. Nevermind, then." lol. How about Carrie Underwood? Bruce Springsteen?
