Which came first, the chicken or the egg? You better study and pass. I suggest read the darn book a hundred times if it takes it. Also, you need to practice driving and you cannot legally drive with someone in the front seat. You sound like a nervous driver, so go practice on the backroads, less than 35 MPH, where you will not get caught.
Tell your parents or who ever ride with you, to not yell at you when you are about to hit something. You need to read the dam book and practice driving.

Pretty much everyone has the same answer---STUDY.
And that is the start of my answer.
The rest is---
As you read the handbook, WRITE down, MAKE NOTES of the things that either confuse you, or you are uncertain about. By writing the CORRECT information, you begin to ingrain the information into your memory.
When it comes time for the written test---
Spend a bit of undistracted time reviewing the confusing information.
Take the test as far away from others as practical so that you are not distracted.
Don't worry about having failed before, this is a brand new try.
Don't pay attention to others who come after and go before you do. They may well have experience you don't, or they may fail miserably.
You are there for you to pass the test, not compare yourself to others.
A little observation--I find when I must take multiple choice tests, I analyze the questions that puzzle me this way; what is the most obviously WRONG answer? Scratch that one off. Now I only have 3 questions. Then what is the next most WRONG answer? Now I only have 2 to deal with.
NOW I deal with which is the most correct answer. Sometimes it isn't the absolute right answer in your head, sometimes, the way the question is worded, it is the MOST correct.
Pay attention to how the question is worded. They are NOT trick questions, they are trying to see (and get you to see) if you can think well.

Good Luck.

BTW Keep your honor and integrity. Don't go behind your parents' back and sneak your car (or cheat at anything). It only serves to cheapen you, and then soon your reputation will suffer.

Try breathing. Study the book. I know in my state you can't take Driver's Ed without a learners permit. Study like you would for a test. Get a friend to test you on the answers.

Most people dont know it but you can tell them that you have a learning disorder and they will give you a test with all pictures. Also study the book Good Luck. It took me 4 times to pass that test.

Read the book, if you don't understand what it is saying, ask someone to put you in that situation with them in the car with you. Drive in all manner of weather-sunny, day, night, wet, ice, slush, practice in empty parking lots, on the Interstate, on 2 lanes, 4 lanes, practice merging, USE YOUR TURN SIGNALS-they are not OPTIONS on a car, practice defensive driving, DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE and it is the best teacher. Any of the above, make sure you do with an experienced, licensed driver with you.

Oh for the love of God. I am so tired of little idiots such as your self asking for short cuts in life! Get off your bum and learn for cying out loud! Pick up a book! Ask someone with experience to teach you! Motivate yourself!

Study, study, study. and remember that everyone passes this test eventually, even if they don't pass it the first time.

And DON'T take the care out until you are legally allowed to do so!!! Something could happen that you will regret and pay for - for the rest of your life.
