if you have a virus on your computer and you can't get on the computer start your computer in safemode. Repeatly hiy F5 until the screen comes up and asks if you want to use safemode then run a virus scan you can also restore your computer in safe mode. Good Luck!

On opening the computer there is a site for recovery and you can reinstall windows.

did u try to put in the last know good configuration?
if you didnt do it
during boot up keep pressing F8 and choose last known good configuration and you'll get into windows.... or you can try safe mode "just press f8"

you might have a faulty boot.ini

go to bootdisk.com and follow the directions
