Not sure with online stores but I do know one that is located in Subang Jaya SS15 Business Centre, Level 1. It rents out VCD/ DVD of anime and also sells and can help you source/ order them.

myimportstore is the bomb! i got my naruto cosplay outfit, bleach sword, and tobi mask there its a great store i i would reccomend it to anyone
