Sounds like he is trying to straddle both sides of the fence. ( No pun intended). If you have no problem being used by this person, then go right ahead.

Gurl.. first of all know what you want. If you want to continue to be his lover then do so.. it can be great at times.. But at the same time.. if you can not control your emotions for him then I would suggest tryn to be friends cause it can get tough. Besides.. if you go and find someone else that you really like then its going to be harder to get rid of your lover. From experience I would say continue being his friend without being his lover. It will save you some heartache in the long run

yeah, it's possible to still remain friends but it's really hard. been there and done that. and as far as the other goes......if u don't put ur heart on the line and want him back it's cool. but when sex is involved it's hard to do that sometimes, especially when u have a past with the person. so make sure u really want to do that before u tell him cause then once u start, if u change ur mind, then more problems will occur, i promise u that one (been there done that too)

After break up no one remain just as friends. So if he likes to remain as lover then I think there should not be any problem. But both of you should plan for the future wchich is most important.

Do you feel comfortable with that and if so there is nothing wrong with that. But also remember if she is with others sexually than it might not be a great idea. It also depends on how long you two were together in your relationship if it was long term I would suggest to maybe be friends but not lovers......

can be very very difficult to hold on to bcus the past problems can create cracks in friendship and lead to misunderstanding.
But give it a go first and if it doesn't then walk away from it. Being honest is good and don't expect too much at first either.

Why not?
To be or not to be.
It is not correct to continue without thinking about the future.
