Ummm.... that's a hard question to answer. What do you mean, by "no one get hurt" ? Who would be hurt? I think it would be wrong if you were married or in a serious relationship, but i suppose it's really up to the person who is lusting and the person who is lusted after (if they know)....

the Bible says that lusting after someone in your heart is the same as doing it, so just do it if yu are going to have to get blamed...or you could realize that it is just part of the normal human condition, chuck that Old Testament thingy about it being as bad as the actual act, because that makes no sense does it.
Lust, everyday, everyway!

Matthew 5:28
But I say unto you, that whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart

Why would it be wrong? It's an emotion we have. The emotion isn't wrong, but sometimes how we react to it is (or can be).
Play with whomever you desire...as long as all parties are of consenting age, and not cheating on anyone, then it's nobody's business...be safe...have fun!

Nothing is wrong if it does not hurt or harm anyone. But you must be absolutely certain that it does not.

Yes it is wrong, and everyone gets hurt by it because it devalues the name of God.
