Don't necessarily need to go to that expense...just take the artwork and book pages to Kinkos or similar, have them laminate the pages (they can also make color copies if you want more than one for grandma or something), and then the can bind them with a circular binder.

If you do this, you'll spend less than 20 bucks (as long as it's not superlong). The professional printing is very expensive and maybe a little over the top for what is a lovely memory of childhood...

There is probably a minimum of 100 copies. What I would do would be to do the layout on your computer and then print it. Bring the pages to a book binding company and have them bind it for you.
