How can I read e-mails written in language other than english?

I have e-mail written in Chinies, but its view is not chinies, I can speak and write Chinies. How can I view it as it was written.

right click the words. don't hightlight it but when you right click it, there should be something that says encoding. click that and chose your language you want to see it in.

I guess you need to install Chinese language on your computer.
