Please tell me you're joking. Night. The time when whatever side of the Earth you are on is facing away from the sun. Once you're no longer on a planet, and are headed toward the sun, there is no night.

No because the sun never stops shining around the world, so the heat would STILL cook you alive no matter WHAT time of day or night you chose to land on it.

Of course you can land at night. Just make sure the part of the sun that you land on is on daylight savings time. Please do this as soon as possible.

I wish Yahoo edited some of these questions. I guess that would defeat the purpose of the Yahoo forums though.

No because the sun never goes out it is always burning. You would burn up before you ever got close enough to land on it anyway.

Day...night...doesn't matter. The sun is a big ball of gas. Kind of hard to land on something that isn't solid.

are you joking? if certain nicely you won't be able to land on solar in nighttime because its darkish its risky for human to stroll round. when you're literally not joking then solar is in the outer area that provides mild and isn't out of hearth even until eventually a million years has bypass.
