Criminals cant help what they do they were born that way, poor things they shouldnt be locked up away from society.

people not being responsible about sex and getting pregnant, but its not their fault they shouldnt have to live with the consequences, let them kill their babies.

Illegal immigrants, let them all come here and tear up our country, we can take care of them so they dont have to be responsible.

No one I know thinks criminals are born that way. The only liberal argument involving the criminal justice system that I make is the elimination of the death penalty. Otherwise, if you examine my "liberal" answers, I'm for stricter sentences and no parole for all violent crimes. I'm also for much stiffer sentences for white-collar criminals who destroy thousands of lives by embezzling public funds to support their own ridiculous lifestyles.

Being pro-choice isn't the same as being pro-abortion. If both sides would stop worrying about the law and put their energies into preventing unwanted pregnancies, the issue would take care of itself.

Illegal immigrants aren't "tearing up our country", as you say. What they're doing is lowering wages and lowering prices. The best response is increasing wages in Mexico and Central America. Stop letting big business move to other countries and paying cheap wages and the illegals will stop coming here for jobs. I don't support illegal immigrants, but putting up a fence and deporting all those that are here isn't a solution. It's a band-aid on a gaping wound. They'll just come over the wall, under the wall, or around the wall, and we'll just have to keep deporting them. If you don't solve the base issues, you don't solve the problem. That said, if you get your way, I hope you're prepared for massive inflation while the economy adjusts, because it will take years to adjust.

The president isn't the only person responsible - Cheney, Rove, Rice, Rumsfeld, the Republican majorities in the House and Senate and all those that voted for them are responsible for nearly six years of horrible foreign policy, lack of security at home, and an economy that has only improved for the richest tier of Americans.

None of those things are funny.

I pretty much agree with everything that you are saying. I know that Bill Clinton oppossed a ban on partial birth abortion. Now that is just "plain wrong".

So-called "Partial-birth" abortion is performed in the second and third trimesters and entails (1) inducing a breech delivery with forceps, (2) delivering the legs, arms and torso only, (3) puncturing the back of the skull with scissors or a trochar, (4) inserting a suction curette into the skull, (4) suctioning the contents of the skull so as to collapse it, (5) completing the delivery. A partial breech delivery is not considered a "birth" at common law, where it is the passage of the head that is essential.
