you can use a skin tone cream to even out the lil spots. very common really. always test lotions etc in a small area first to be sure it won't irritate you.

Obviously you have curly down there hairs which are getting blocked thats why the bumps are occuring. What you need to do is continue to shave or begin using nair. In between the growth cycle you need to use SCRUBS like ST ives or any othe scrub be it facial or not. I prefer St ides Apricot scrub. Use this down there like every other day. What you are doing is preventing the skin from growing over the pores, this allows the hair to come out without being stuck underneath which causes the bump. In short no ingrown hairs. You can use bleaching cream on the down there spots.
Hope this was of some help. If you need anyother info concerning this matter let me know.

The bumps are caused by ingrown hairs, so it will take a while till they disappear. To avoid them in the future I highly recommend exfoliating a day after you have removed the hair (either by shaving or waxing). When you get out of the shower use the Bikini Zone cream, it works great. Try not to pick at any ingrown hairs due to the fact that you will get a scar or it could become infected.

Start waxing! Either that or always use a relatively new blade on your razor and use alcohol or witch hazel after shaving. I don't know what the black stuff is? (gross???) but the red bumps go away if you put either of those things on them. The alcohol burns like hell though so be warned!
