You normally buy a condo like you would buy a house, and you normally have to pay an annual fee for grounds maintenance. You rent an apartment, so you don't own it. Any fees for grounds maintenance are part of your rent.

for me condo is more relaxable than apartment..its more organize and you will have privacy!!not like apartments..
