Billy Davies is an excellent manager but you haven't got any funds. I think Southhampton & Birmingham will go up and WBA via play offs. Thats coming from a Preston fan!!!

They have got one of the best managers in the two top leaues. If Billy get the money, he will organise them and improver them. Hurts to say as I am a Preston fan.
