You have to get the installation exe file, from which you installed it on your computer on the first place. Most probably you have deleted files. Try to use system restore if you have win XP.

If you have windows XP, you could use System Restore to restore your computer to a state before you uninstalled your program.

Find the installer online. You may find it on download.com or google the product name. Once downloaded, just double click and go from there. :-)
