Right now, get the Warrior's Triumph or Dragon's Roar Structure decks. You can easily add in these cards: For Warrior deck - Goblin Attack Force, Buster Blader, Elemental Hero Wildheart, Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning*, Familiar Knight, Blade Knight. For Dragon Deck - Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon, Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, Paladin of White Dragon, Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End*. Those are the monsters. Good spells are Premature Burial, Lightning Vortex, Mystical Space Typhoon, Pot of Avarice. Traps are Sakuretsu Armor, Call of the Haunted, Ultimate Offering. These are good useful cards, all of them.
*Don't use that card for official events, because they are banned.
