I have had four pregnancies with the same partner (two full term) and have experienced the same symptoms with all. I was wondering if I would have the same symptoms with a pregnancy fathered by my new partner.
I would appreciate feedback from those who have children with different fathers.
Thanks

1. I was just wondering... two children is enough for me.
2. I wouldn't have left my husband if he had not been unfaithful and fathered a child with someone else while we were married....
3. please don't answer if you are passing judgement

It is likely that the symptoms will be the same. Pregnancy symptoms have much more to do with you than your partner.

I have 4 children with 3 different fathers. Your pregnancies & symptons can differ with each child regardless of whether or not they all have the same father. Each pregnancy is different in its own way, but the symptoms you experience have to do with you & your body not who the father is. So, yes it is very likely that you can have the same symptoms if pregnant with a child by your new partner. Good luck & congrats if you do (or are) pregnant.

I am remarried, and have two children from my ex husband (also an adulterer) and am pregnant with my fourth child (the second with my current husband as we had our first last year in Sept.). All of my pregnancies have basically been the same. I had no new or different symptoms with the children from my second husband. So far, so good!

It is not the father that contributes to how your pregnancy progresses. It is your body and the baby. Every pregnancy is different. I'm sure if you really think about it all your pregnancies haven't been the exact same. I would bet that you started showing earlier, the babies were different sizes.

I have to say that I have three kids, all by the same father and each pregnancy was different. Ask your doctor, but I believe that each pregnancy is different for every woman.
For instance, with my oldest, I was tired, with my second, I had sciatica and with my third it was real bad heartburn.
Your body changes with time too, so each pregnancy is going to be different.

Every pregnancy is different. I don't think it matters who the father is. I'd say it has to do with the way you take care of yourself. As you have more babies your body changes.

It will most likely be the same, unless of course he has diseases or disorders that could change your child. Overall, it's just the way your body adjusts to a new life inside you... shouldn't make a difference.

I would think if you had another pregnancy it should be similar to the the last two.

Give me a break...you shouldn't be screwing anyone new until you have raised the children you already have. Doesn't any needy women listen to Dr. Laura? Quit running from man to man, and take care of your kids.
