heres my trouble right see my ex bf said they want me 2 go out with them insted of my man (mikey) who i love and will neva leave but now my ex bf is always calling texting and following me what should i do i have a cort order against him but he dont care what can i do? i dont want my man to worrie that why i have not told him should i? i dont tell him as i dont want him to get hurt.

Yes, tell your new man. You need to call the police on this other guy. This could get dangerous. I think your stalker ex could be harmful. It worries me.

Leave the guy (your EX) alone. It is obvious that you are teasing him because if you weren't he (for as stubborn as anyone might be) he would've already left you alone. Don't answer his calls or text messages. At all. Not even to complain. That is a sign that you care and he will therefore not leave you alone. A court order is useless if you are still talking to him (i.e. when you fight with your man). Try changing your number and not calling him anymore. Also, don't tell your man he knows you well he will know you're teasing your ex.

Sorry to have obviously offended you but this is my opinion. If you are honestly no longer talking to him then how does he come up with all of your information. Does he just stay outside 24/7? If that is the case then HELLO call the police he is stalking you and you might end up hurt, raped, even possibly killed! Now about Mikey, he won't get hurt, jeolous and overprotective maybe, but not hurt. Also consider the fact that if Mikey finds out he will wonder why you never brought it up before or why you never called the cops, where you still interested? Where you messing around? That kind of stuff. Don't get hurt because you don't want to be a bicth* to your ex.

Telling him depends on what type of man he is. If he is over protective he may start trouble with your ex and that could be bad, however keeping secrets in your relationship is not a good thing either so telling him is probably best after all you have done nothing wrong. First you should show the police your phone and report to them that he has breached the court order and they can warn him off. Or you could take him to court he would probably only get a warning, a fine or if your really licky a couple of months inside. You do need to report him and explain the situation to your current boyfriend as its not fair keeping him in the dark and it will relive some of your stress telling him. Just beware of his reaction and hope he doesn't go looking for this other guy.

talk to the police since he is violating his court order. What do you mean by you dont want to get hurt? If you told him would he physicaly hurt you? Because if so then maybe your exes see something you dont see.

first of all..it took me a while to understand what you wrote. Next, about your question. Since you already have a court order against him, you shouldn't worry. If he violates that, then you can report that and he will get in trouble.

You better ignore your ex and enforce that restraining order or you will be the one getting hurt and if you go out with him you will be stuck with him because the restraining order wont be any good since you violated it yourself and your (man) will dump you in a heart beat
