We are on the verge of creating our own Matrix by destroying our Earth with Global Warming that will make living life on Earth extinct. Also we will create a technology so advanced and sophisticated that it will turn against us. Does this reality seem familiar to you in any sense?

The Matrix was ahead of it's time when it came to CGI therefore it'll always be up there as one of the most influencal movies of our time. Overall it's just a really good Sci-Fi movie!

Definitly fictional, I mean the brothers who wrote it, based alot of their ideas off anime (japanese cartoons), a few of the scenes were influenced by "Ghost in the Shell".

Buy yeah, still a good movie to watch though.
