I would disagree with that statement/question. Some americans don't, and some prefer those from other countries. But I would say/hope that most of them are indifferent to what nation you are from, and base any type of relationship (sexual or otherwise) on something deeper. So yes some don't, but I don't think it is fair to group all americans like that.
