You will have to contact the country records clerk in the county where the divorce was granted. You will probably have to pay a fee to get an official copy of the records.

It is NOT free -- you will have to pay a copy charge per page from any courthouse -- and you must have the case number and location of the court records (archives) department to get to those pages. That request must be paid in full at the time of the request and accompanied by a page in which you PERSONALLY Sign and request the records.

If it is yours then go to the county court house where the divorce happened and request a certified copy. It will cost you a few dollars though. Not expensive

Have you tried contacting the court house? All legal documents should be kept on file there, assuming they are really divorced.
