I'm not sure about in Mannheim. There is a place in Eppelheim (by Heidelberg) that repairs any type of cars, it's called Macho Auto (Macho is pronounced Mah-ko) they are pretty good. They can repair pretty much any car. It's only about 20 minutes from Mannheim.
