you can do one thing.......
right click on Start menu..
then go to properties then Start menu.. then customise..then go to advance.. select scroll programmes.. you can get this in Start menu items.. tick that option........ and apply...

Yes, you just need to re-organise your programs folder.
Right-click on your start button and choose Explore All users from the menu.
Double click on the programs folder you will see a lot of folders within. Create some new folders and name them by topic such as Entertainment, Office, Maintenance. Then move each of the old folders into the relevant new folder. Games and media players into Entertainment, AntiVirus into maintenance.
These are just examples it all depends on what you've got.
