Man I have always been a strong supporter of madden until I bought NFL 2K5
FOR $20!!!!
That game was a whole lot better than madden 05
But ESPN did have its low points
I'm kind of dissapointed with EA they don't really improve thier games they just add some little tweak here or their or something
and you basically get the same game from the last year
I think madden bought the NFL rights becuse they knew that if ESPN kept selling their games for 20 bucks that Madden can't compete

Madden is worlds better, but the ESPN price got me to buy there game one year,

I have played both and I feel Madden NFL football franchise series is the best. Although the 20 price tag for ESPN is nice too.

The ESPN game was way better for way cheaper. i would definately by the ESPN game over Madden.

I thought espn game was better. This years madden is identical to last years.

i was playing espn the other day....and what a great game it was...it was better than that years madden...if espn could still make games...theres would probably top madden.....

Madden was the better game. You get what you pay for. Pay half price for the game so to speak and you should expect a game that isn't as good.

madden is way better than espn. the gameplay is so much more realistic.
