When I was younger I did. The "better model" was better looking, had a better job, lots of money and just a nicer guy all around. Was it Worth it? Definitely. I dumped that guy eventually to but I learnt from him I could do better. And I have (happily married).

Oh yeah, I just dumped one last month after dating for 10 months. He was lazy. I mentioned going to the beach for a day,(pack a picnic lunch, take a radio etc.) and his comment was "If you never go to the beach, then you don't have to worry about getting eaten by a shark). There were other situations that made me break up with him, that wasn't the one. It was just an example. Oh yeah and I went to the beach by myself and met a nice guy.

No, but I made the mistake of "downgrading" on several occasions. Finally got the right guy after moving half way across the world to do so.

Most women dump their men for upgrades, it is part of their mentality of finding the best provider that they can get. True love is the domain of men.

No, I stupidly dumped a pretty good guy for a loser, that I married and divorced. He is dead now. No, I did not kill him, he killed himself with alcohol.
But then again, I did eventually find the best one yet. Twelve years now, eight year old daughter, and I enjoy his company every day.
