I don't know, do you think he has been faithful to you during this separation period? Come on lady, go out and have a good time and stop worrying about this jerk who left such a beautiful woman alone.

When you are legally separated there is not obligation to stay faithful.
Legal separation is a formal arrangement set forth in an order approved by a judge. The order will set forth rules under which a husband and wife may legally live apart and will detail the responsibilities and obligations of each. Of course, a husband and wife may choose to live apart without such a formal arrangement. In some states having the sex during the separation is legally considered an adultery. From religious point of view sex outside marriage is a sin.

You have been seperated for two years. And even now you "wonder" wether you should "cheat" on you husband.
May I suggest to start at the beginning;
After all this time, have you asked yourself why you seemingly still consider it cheating?
If it is, don't. If it is'nt, it's probably time to tune into your sexual instincts. Don't do your thinking with your gut, only use your brain.

Get a divorce first. DON'T cheat if you are married still...Please, even if you've been separated it's still a despicable thing to do. After the divorce is complete you'll be truly single again and then it's perfectly okay, because it wouldn't be considered cheating then now would it?

If you have been separated for 2 years. I would not call it cheating, because you are not together... I do suggest to get a divorce though, before getting into another relationship.

i'm sure that while you have not been with anyone else the past 2 years he has been having the time of his life F*cking anything and everything he can get hold of. You need to go find you some so you don't make the same mistake again in the future.

that is a tough one. If you have been separated that is still being married but no contact of the physical nature can be harmful in the long run. That is a long time to be seperated. but a vow is a vow,can you live with yourself if you break it?

NO!!!!!!! this is from experience. I was unfaithful. I was never caught. I lived with it for 2 years and finally my guilt overoad me. I confessed my unfaithfulness and a big black hole formed between my wife and I. What a terrible thing to do to someone you love. I look back on it now and it took what seemed like a life time for her to say "i forgive you". I had to get on zolof for anxiety. I had to prove to her that I loved her more than life it self. That is a hard thing to do. I went to counseling and eventually she began to show a bit of trust. Realize this though, it will take an enternity of lifetimes to gain that trust back. What I did was inexcusable, hurtful, stupid, SELFFISH, and down right dirty. My wife is Gods way of saying that he is here and the healing can take place. Heres a quote.... "You never know why you alive, until you know what you will die for"....I would die for my wife. And in a million lifetimes i could never make it up to her. The pain for her may subside, but for me its always there. Think about it.
