There is no such term in the business world... monkey business is a term commonly used to suggest fooling around or horseplay. It is also the title of several songs, movies, and works of literature. I dont know what else to tell you about it.

It's an album title from the Black Eyed Peas but also a funny way of dancing or "skanking". Tune into SKA Music and try to dance to it... then you look like a monkey, I swear :)
