Check out if the things cited as facts on the site are indeed facts, going to the Internet and other sources. If they are, you can trust the website to that extent. Compare it with similar sites and see if its interpretations of the news are at least as deep and comprehensive as those offered by the others. Other tests: Does it understand and respect the difference between fact and opinion? Does it have a strong partisan and ideological bias, and if it does are you comfortable with that? And it has to stand the test of time in being consistently reliable, which implies that it has good editorial supervision. Remember that even respected newspapers have had reporters on their staff who plagiarized from others without being detected for weeks or months.

If they tell the truth. or watch two different channels and see which one doesnt air something. Watch the other one
