The gay sounding answer is gardenia. The manly sounding answer is gunsmoke just after I fire off a round from my 30-06. Seriously, the smell of a fire in the fireplace or out on in the open camp. Nothing quite smells like all is right with the world. Steaks grilling on the barbeque is in the same category.

Hot coffee and bacon! I always smelled that in the morning when I lived at home. My dad had bacon every morning. He had a heart attack a while back, so I wouldn't recommend it. lol (not making light of heart attacks, mind you)
