Yes it is possible, provided u spend a lot of time, money and energy for scientific research. You'l have to create the atmosphere of the moon, on earth, succeed, and then try it on the moon. O.K ? Appu ?

No, considering there is no gravity and what not, plus how are you suppose to get 'through' that space suit.... you would surely die without it!
