It depends on your age.
Proactive, you should use if you're between 15 and 30.
Mederma--you should be older.
Honestly, I've heard more bad reviews about mederma than proactive.

I dont know anything about mederma but proactiv is WONDERFUL.. 3 steps towards better looking skin... if your face is sensitive to benzoyl peroxide then you should start using it BEFORE you try proactiv so ur skin is "ready" for it... it could cause irritation if you are not used to benzoyl peroxide.... the products are veryyyyyyyy good..... it depends on the person though....

Proactive! I know this because I started using it like 2 months ago and I have been getting compliments on my face. If you want the results that you see on tv, then you have to use as directed (twice a day).

They both work great. proactive is to keep your face from breaking out and mederma is for scars. They both help but mederma if the scars are already there. I hope this helps and works for you. :)

make a face pack with ashwagandha, manjista, anantmoo, hydro quinon 2%. mix with aloevera gel and apply for 3o minutes before washing.

Every morning without eating anything drink one full glass warm water mixed with lemon juice (one quarter lemon) and one teaspoon pure ghee and one teaspoon full of honey. ( No sugar & no salt)try for one week.
