Completely depends on the company but most places I have worked you get 3 weeks after 3 years.

It really depends on where you are employed. At my last job, I recieved one vacation/sick day for every two weeks worked. After three years with the company, it increased to 10 hours vacation/sick pay for every two weeks worked.
Hope this helps!

It depends on the company and your boss. For example, my company technically allows only 2 weeks for ph.d students but my boss said that whenever we feel like we need a vacation, we can have one. I've already taken 3 weeks since January.

Anywhere from zero to three weeks for those with the company for three years or less, depending on the employer and their policies.

There is no set answer to this question. The country has no standard about vacation time. Each company establishes its own policy about this.

It depends on where you are working and what you have negotiated.
It most companies, it is 2-3 weeks. If you are starting contract negotiations, try getting more.
