you have to use the ideal gas law to find your pressure here

pV=nRT,
P is the pressure,
V is the volume,
n is the number of moles of gas
R is the gas constant, R = 0.0821(Lxatm)/(molxK)
T is the temperature in kelvin

So, convert your temperature to Kelvin,
-24C = 249.15 K

Now, solve for pressure
pV=nRT

p=(nRT)/V

so, now you can plug and chug
p=((.625mol)x(.0821Latm/molK)
x(249.15K)) / (45.4L)

when you do the math yand cancel units you are left with
p=.022 atm

hope this helps!
