Nothing is wrong with that, it just means you either statically put it in or it's from a DHCP server you are connected with either wired or wireless. Now if you had a 169 ip address then that would mean something could be wrong, this means you were not able to communicate with any device, most of the time.

It's most likely one of two things, your router or another server on your network.

Go to start>run> type ipconfig /all and look at what the DHCP server's ip address is. Then in internet explorer (or what ever) type the ip address in the address bar and see where that takes you. If its your router you will get a log on screen.

A DHCP server is giving your computer that address (router, server, etc). If you were not receiving an IP address, your IP would default to 169.x.x.x

If you are sure you should not be pulling a 192.*.*.* then there could be a rouge DHCP device on the network.
