please help me in pokemon gold i can not find the pokemon flute and there is a man in pokemon tower he donnot let me enter the under stairs what can i

Problem is...there is no pokeflute in the game. But you can hear it in an expn enchancement to your radio. To get the enchancement from the radio manager. You have to solve the power plant incedent. When you were there, did they recieve a call about a strange man lurking around Cerulean city last spotted inside the absent water gym. If you go in the gym, he would run to the path to the cape, and will battle him to tell where the missing machine part is located at the center area of the water gym. Get the part and return it to manager at the power
plant. This will enable the Radio manager to become happy and will give you your radio enhancement. Then in front of the snorlax, use the radio card while tuned to the pokeflute music channel and battlt the snorlax...
they make this task compelicated...did they
