You won't know until you kiss someone and they tell you you're good. Young ones don't usually tell you because they aren't experienced yet to now what good is.
Here's a good tip: DO NOT get lots of saliva into someone's mouth, and don't use lots of tongue. Nobody wants someone's tongue to go right into their mouth as soon as the kiss begins. Take your time and then use your tongue, but NEVER cram it in there or down their throat.

hahaha funny. Insest would not be the route to take anyway. You will just have to ask someone that you feel comfortable kissing! No one else can answer that for you. But, tell them to be honest and don't get pissed if you are not!
