I am not for sure, maybe you should try a daily vitamin. It might make you feel a lot better. Also when you realize that you are like "unnecessarily bitchy", just take some time to be alone and calm your nerves. Using your mind might be more helpful taking a pill. Besides all women are bitchy at that time, I think trying to find meds for this is just going to create a false sense of security. When really you just need to sike yourself into being in a better mood. Its not easy though, especially if you have someone around who already gets on your nerves.
Oh, or maybe if when your about to loose control, go write it down, then later when you read it you might be able to understand why you were getting so upset. I am not sure how to help, but I hope it gets better for you.-Julia

I use drops called female essence which relieves the stress and anger that is built up inside from PMT. You can take 5 drops in water 3 times a day. You can find the bottle in your local health shop.

I use St. John's Wort. It's all natural with very few side effects. It takes a couple of weeks for it to fully take effect and you have to take it daily, but it works! I do know that it does make your skin more photosensitive though, so use good sunscreen if you take St. John's. Good luck!

nothing natural can cure pms honey. just the good ole midol or ibuprofin. i had to go to tylenol...and that sucks! lol. all i do is breathe deep, stay home and try not to talk to many people...cuz i can be a brat around that time! i know what you mean! *muahz* feel better honey...sometimes you just have to tell yourself you can be calm and sweet...mind control is a powerful thing. pray about it. write about it...poetry really helps me! or journalling.
