There isn't much you can't do. If your active before then stay active now.
You can't sleep on your stomach when you're 9 months pregnant. LOL
OK, drinking and drugs is obvious.

Can't get pregnant again while you're pregnant, so lose the b.c.

Later in the game, can't run, wear your favorite jeans, sleep on your stomach, get out of bed easily, sit comfortably, touch your toes, go out in public w/out being noticed, eat late at night, laugh or sneeze abruptly. You will, however, get to see the "bottom" of your belly button.

Health-wise, just be smart. The things that aren't good for you are worse for your baby. Stay active, just not overly-active.

that is really up to your doctor and you. Every woman is different. My first child, i was a lot sicker and near the end, the doctor put me in bed for almost a month because of a condition that developed, but my next child i was in so much better health there were no problems at all. I swam, biked, and did all sorts of things. With that baby i worked until 3 days before she was born. At the time I was doing store resets and lifting heavy shelves and boxes. It is different for everybody.

First of all, ask your doctor. Second, check out these websites:

www.marchofdimes.com

www.babiesonline.com

These have tons of specific things you can/cannot do and eat. Did you know you should not eat these things:

Albacore tuna
soy sauce
deli sandwiches unless heated to steaming hot
herbal teas
homemade mayo
blue cheese
anything that is not processed

Tons more at those sites. I'm 14wks with #3 and I didn't know about a ton of that stuff. Good luck and God Bless.

For pain you can only take Tylenol. Benadryl for alergies. Sudafed for sinus. No drinking, smoking, drugs, lifting over 30 lbs., riding horses. Take prenatal vitamins, and folic acid to prevent birth defects. Get the book "What to expect when you're expecting" , you will love it. It will answer any and every question that you have.

You can not smoke, or drink. You can not change your cats litter box without major protection. Physical activity should be regulated by your doctor, since everyone is different. I wouldn't expose myself to any chemicals. The only medication you can take without doctor's approval is Robitussin, Regular Sudafed, and Xtra Strength Tylenol.

It's best to talk to your doctor, but from personal experience, don't do these things:

Don't smoke
Cut out your caffeine,(soda, coffee, tea, ect)
Exercise is good, but in moderation
Eat healthy foods and not a lot of junk food or sweets
Take your Prenatal vitamins
