She must not be bothering you too much if you stay on the phone with her for 4 hours

Tell her very gently that you aren't interested in talking to her. Don't be cruel about it, but if you don't like her, you can gently say "Evyn-rose, you are a nice person, but I just don't want to talk with you. I 'm just not interested."
Give her a compliment so her let down won't be so hard. If you don't like her than you don't like her, and you don't need to be harassed. But, put yourself in her place first and think about what would not hurt so much when you are told the one you like doesn't like you.

Try screening your calls with caller display or an answering machine. Maybe avoiding her would help send a message.

Do you have caller ID? If you do, don't answer it when you see her number. Or tell her that you can't talk right now and if you say that everytime, she will get the picture. Or just ask her not to call anymore.

Next time when she calls record the conversation and send it to her as an MP3 file, she will probably be annoyed with herself as you are. It's the least you can do for her and for you!

Dont lift the call or stop taking her call.
Tell her clearly that you are not interested, or
give your phone to some other person.
