I say old chap, thats sounds like your in a bit of a sticky wicket. It could be you've got a touch of the old "fatty bumpkin". Ahhh... when I was a lad, I used to go round to the local catty, and get myself a nice whirly, whirl with a lassy named Ethel. My wanker would always boof up and swig swag for a fort-night. you may have injured it while asleep, by rolling over on it when erect...maybe call a doc, unless you are on meds that cause that?
