Is this recreational brushing? I've never heard of anything so funny!!! Maybe find out from friends if they have a nice doctor, and go and see them. Might be time to invest in a nice, flexible dildo?
BTW Knickers=underwear, briefs, etc, for those who don't know.

You've probably pulled some hairs and caused the follicles to bleed. The area "down there" isn't used to that type of abuse. :)
Keep it clean and dry to avoid an infection. Shouldn't have to go to the doctor. Just like other cuts/bleeding, it'll heal. If it's bleeding ALOT, then you may want to go to the doctor.

If you were using it as a toy i think you'll find most people use the handle not the brush end... I think maybe you need to invest in something a little less dangerous to use

Hairbrushes aren't made to be substitutes for "pleasure toys". I think you should see the doctor right away.
