rosemont at mayfield villas apartments texas?

if you have lived there, or know someone who has, do they really do monthly inspections of the apartments? It is a low income complex, so i believe it would be the same at any other low income complex, right?

this is a great website I found which has helped me pick a place to live more than once. It allows residents to write reviews on the complex. You have to kinda read between the lines a little, as some people just have a gripe so they blast with a nasty review, but it's overall infornative.
