Feed the baby whenever he or she is hungry. Baby should be eating at least 6-8 times in 24 hours. Watch wet diapers so you know she's getting enough. Baby should not recieve anything besides breastmilk or formula; no water, no juice, no cereal or other solids.
I wanted to add that at 3 mo my son was nursing probably about 20 times in 24 hours. There is no such thing as nursing a baby too often. Smaller meals more frequently are easier to digest and keep baby's blood sugar even.

Are you breastfeeding or formula feeding?
At 3 months old, you should stil be breastfeeding your baby on demand. They certainly can't drink too much breastmilk! I would say mine were still feeding between 8 and ten times in a 24 hour period - more if going through a growth spurt.

You should feed a baby 2-3 times their weight in formula or b-Milk day. This is what I was told by my pediatrician

Breast milk and formula only. DR. says to wait till they are at least 5 mo old to feed other baby food.

demand feeding...when baby is hungry feed him/her. If baby tends to fall asleep while feeding try to tickle toes to keep them awake to get more milk into them....you should be able to get a 3 to 4 hour break inbetween feedings

as long as hes drinking and filling his stomach.
you cant actually tell a time for it like 15 or 20 minutes.
let him drink as much as he wants and if hes full he'll stop drinking.
just a tip to see whether hes having enough is whether he does urine 6-8 times in 24 hours..
